The team behind Res-Q Net
Çağan Kılınç
Technology-first entrepreneur and architect of Res-Q Net's LoRa network topology, firmware, and hardware. His motivation is personal: after witnessing how the 2023 Turkey earthquakes left communities cut off when communication networks failed, he set out to build a system that keeps responders connected when everything else goes down. A certified cybersecurity specialist with a degree in Cognitive Science and AI from Tilburg University (CSAI program), he pairs deep technical execution with hands-on startup and entrepreneurial experience.
Tiago David
Leads the commercial, financial, and strategic side of Res-Q Net to bring the system to market. He holds a degree in International Business Administration from Tilburg University, with a focus on entrepreneurship and European economic development, and has co-founded and led several earlier ventures.
